Read guide Quick tips
- Forward any receipt email to receipts@myspend.info from your account email address — the AI reads the body and attachments and adds the expense automatically.
- Use the camera button to scan a paper receipt — AI extracts vendor, date, total, and category in seconds.
- Export a CSV from your bank's website and drag it into the Import Bank Statement dialog — MySpend detects the column layout automatically, and AI handles any format it doesn't recognise.
- Classify bank transactions as Biz Expense to include them in your reimbursable total. Classify an outgoing business payment as Owner Reimb. to trigger the settlement flow.
- Generate a Review Link to share a live view of your expense report with a client or employer — no account required on their end.
- Export to PDF with receipt images for the cleanest single-file submission to most expense portals.
